The property built as ceramics works in the 1920s was renovated in 2000–2003 into an information technology centre for ICT companies. The alteration of use could be implemented with the existing industrial land use plan, which considerably accelerated the schedule of the development project.
The property has been expanded on several occasions after the 1920s, and the alterations carried out at different times presented technical challenges in converting the site into an IT centre. Creating the right business idea for the old ceramics works and building the brand of the centre at an early phase were also challenges that played a significant role in creating a clear image for the property and thus reaching a coherent operator base.
